The role

Our Cranbrook services offer support in Residential and Supported Living settings in 2 small group homes supporting a total of 5 people.  Our aims are that each individual receives a bespoke service to meet their needs.

There’s always a lot of fun to be had.  A few of the interests are baking, singing, Chelsea Football Club, quizzes and crafts.  Every day is varied and frequently involve cake!  

Working closely with the Registered Manager, the Team Supervisor will work as part of the support team with agreed management time to enable you to carry out role responsibilities.  You will have responsibility to assist with the day to day operational management of the services including people management and ensuring compliance with legislative and organisational standards. 

You will have a strong focus on delivering personalised support to adults with learning disabilities and be able to inspire the teams to enhance the opportunities for the people we support.

Previous experience within social care is essential.

Due to the needs of the supported individuals, there is a genuine occupational requirement for female only applicants to the role.
