We are pleased to announce that as of 12th December, our care homes are now under new ownership by Manhattan Holdings Ltd.
Manhattan Holdings Ltd is led by a team of four owners who bring a diverse range of professional backgrounds, experiences, and complementary skill sets. The new leadership team shares a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing the high standards of care that residents, families, and stakeholders expect and deserve.
The new owners are passionate about supporting both the individuals who live in our homes and the dedicated teams who care for them. Their vision is centred around creating environments where the people we support can live enriched, fulfilled, and happy lives, while ensuring staff feel valued, empowered, and supported to deliver outstanding care. The owners look forward to working closely with residents, families, staff, and local communities to continue building safe, nurturing, and person-centred services.

As part of this transition, we are also pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Deacon as Chief Executive Officer.
