The Grange (2016) Ltd was established in the summer of 2016.
We have brought together long standing accommodation services supporting adults with learning disabilities with a new and enthusiastic leadership team.
We are committed to achieving the best lives and highest quality standards for the people we support.
We provide support for up to 25 people in a range of residential and supported living settings in Cranbrook, Kent, and the surrounding areas. These settings are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We have recently registered as a Personal Care provider with the CQC and in doing so hope to expand further into community based support provision in the near future.

Who we provide support for
We provide support predominantly to individuals funded by Kent County Council through residential care contracts or as part of the Supporting Independence Services (SIS) framework.
We also hold some contracts in our residential services with individuals placed out of borough. We currently work with the London Boroughs of Bromley, Brent and Camden, and Fife Council.
We also support people with individual budgets or self funding placements.
Although our new company was established in 2016, The Grange has been around for 25 years plus.
During this time we have grown, evolved and become who we are today.
In 2017, under our new ownership and leadership, we set ourselves a challenge:
we wanted to develop a new logo which reflected
the values of who we are,
the journey we are going through and
what we are all about
Read through the journey of our logo – a symbolic gesture of the journey of us.
