We provide support to individuals in Cranbrook, Kent, and the surrounding areas
We are committed to achieving the best lives and highest quality standards for the people we support.
We provide support to up to 25 people in a range of residential and supported living settings in Cranbrook, Kent, and the surrounding areas.
We aspire to support the achievement of enriched, fulfilled and happy lives for the people we support and staff alike. To help us achieve this, we have a number of ambitious targets. One of which is our aim to not use agency staff. Through the development of our flexi-relief staff pool we are creating our own group of staff who can provide cover and support when required.
The Grange is our largest accommodation, but it has a small home feel.
We provide personal care and accommodation for up to 19 adults with learning disabilities. The Grange is a large and spacious country home set in 7 acres of well-maintained gardens in the Kent countryside.
One of the benefits of the larger home is the balance we can provide. There are large communal areas, a games room and development areas.
We have two additional parts of the home which have smaller kitchens, lounges and dining areas where people are supported in smaller groups to meet their needs.
It is really important that we meet the needs of all of the people we support.
To enhance the support we provide, we have a range of specialist staff in addition to our support team. They support individuals to develop personalised skills within areas such as the kitchen, garden, therapeutic crafts and outdoor pursuits.

In Cranbrook we have a small supported living services which supports 2 individuals to lead independent lives.
First things first, we get to know you and learn what is important to you.
This means that we can build a ‘picture’ of you and design your support service around your needs and wishes.
The ‘getting to know you’ process will take place with an identified member of our support team who will plan and support your transition into our service.
We use an electronic support planning system. This means we can make sure that all of our information is up to date. It will also provide you, your family and your friends with access to the areas of your plan that you choose for them to see.
The design of your support may include:
- skills development with your support team
- accessing college
- being supported to gain opportunities in paid or voluntary work
