We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ray Brown as our new Registered Manager.
Ray began his career as a Support Worker, supporting adults with learning disabilities, and brings almost 20 years of experience in residential health and social care.
Ray said: “It is a privilege to join such a dedicated team and become part of a community committed to providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care. My priority is to ensure that every resident feels respected, valued and supported to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
I look forward to getting to know our residents, their families and our staff, working together to build on the excellent care already being provided and continually striving to enhance the quality of life for everyone who calls our home their home.”
