The Grange is a lively residential home for 19 adults with Learning Disabilities.
Individuals receive bespoke support from staff from their basic needs to their biggest dreams. Our teams pride themselves on the trusting relationships that are built with supported people and value everyone as an individual. No two days are ever the same but tea and cake are a common theme!
As a Senior Support Worker you will lead a team of Support Workers, providing practice based leadership, coordinating shifts, ensuring support is tailored to the needs of each individual and work with the team to create new and exciting opportunities for people.

This is a full time position, 37 hours per week
Pay
£24,925.00 per annum
£12.92 per hour Monday – Friday
£13.92 per hour Saturday and Sunday
£74.07 sleep in rate
